How do I add a discount code?

Once you add an InsideTracker plan to your cart, you can enter your code in the “Discounts” field in the Order Summary section and click apply. Codes may be case sensitive.

How do I pay with a gift card?

When making a purchase using a Gift Card at InsideTracker, you can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. 

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. 

You can’t check your balance, but you can email us to find out what it is.

Is InsideTracker HSA/FSA eligible?

How often should I test with InsideTracker?

You only need to get your DNA test one time. When it comes to a blood test, it depends on your goals. For wellness reasons, 2-3x/year is ok, and for performance, more information can be found in our blog, here. You can test a couple of times throughout a season/training cycle (beginning, middle, post race, for example) to see how your body is handling the load.
